1. Remove the tipping sleeve or anti-tipper from left side of the chair. If IV pole needs to be on the right side of the chair see instructions below.

2. Slide the IV pole base and spacer sleeve (if needed)  over the lower rear frame.

3. Install the tipping sleeve or anti-tipper.

4. Remove the top back upholstery screw.

5. Align the sliding bracket on the IV pole with the top hole of the back upholstery and install the screw through the bracket and upholstery.

6. Tight the screw. The IV pole is now installed.

7. Note: If the chair uses an anti-tipper  and the IV pole will prevent the anti-tipper from locking in, make sure that the hole IV pole base and spacer sleeve (if needed ) align with the anti-tipper hole in the frame of the chair.

Switching IV pole for the right side.

1. Remove top of the IV pole.

2. Remove the anti-rattler from the bottom section of the IV pole.

3. Remove the sliding bracket off the lower section of the IV pole.

4. Flip the sliding bracket over and install on the lower section of the IV pole.

5. Install the anti-rattler and top section of the IV pole.
