1. Loosen both the top and lower brake mounting bolts.  Loosen one revolution only, do not remove.

2. Slide the brake down a small amount.  Tighten the mounting bolts and test.

If the is to tight repeat step 1 and move the brake up. If the brake still does not engage repeat

steps 1 and 2.  If after the brake is moved as far down as possible and still does not engage, it

is time to replace the rear wheel.
