1.  Remove Allen screw.

2.  Slide out handle.

3.  This will expose the screw that holds the hand brake to the handle.

4.  Remove the screw.

5. Remove the handgrip by either soaking in hot water or cutting off. Install the new hand brake in the reverse order.
