1. To adjust the height of the handle bar, locate the handle bar height adjusting collar.

2. Flip the release lever of the handle bar height adjusting collar away from the column.

3. Set the handle bar to the desired height by lifting up or down (1).  Push the release lever of the collar towards the tiller column to lock the handle bar (2). If handle bar is loose after flipping latch close, open latch, turn bolt (3) slightly clock wise and try to lock again, repeat if needed. If latch cannot be closed turn bolt (3) slightly counterclockwise and try to lock, repeat as needed.
