1.  Verify that the wheel lock is in the unlocked position.

2.  Loosen the locknut that secures the wheel lock to the frame.

3.  Move the wheel lock to a position so that the locking blade is 3/8” away from the tire. When the brake is engaged the locking blade      will prevent the wheel from turning.

4.  Repeat steps 1 through 3 if the wheel still turns (move brake closer) or the brake is too hard to engage (move brake away).

5.  Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the other side.
