1. Remove the rear wheels by removing the hub caps and then loosen and remove the rear axles.

2. Remove the anti-tippers or tipping sleeves.

3. Slide the tubes on the one arm drive over the lower frame where the anti-tipper or tipping sleeves came off.

4. Take the nut and bolt off the upper bracket of the one arm drive. Continue sliding the one arm drive onto the framed of the wheelchair until it will go no further.

5. Insert the bolts of the upper bracket of the one arm drive and install the nuts and tighten.

6. Loosen the brakes and slide forward. Install one of the brake wedges on each of the brakes of the wheelchair. Tighten the extensions with the Allen wrench provided with the one arm drive. Adjust the brakes as needed.

7. Install the anti-tippers or tipping sleeves.
