1. Remove tipping sleeve or anti-tipper.

2. Remove two screws holding inner tube in frame.

3. Insert the EZ out into the frame of the chair.

4. When EZ out contacts the inner sleeve turn counterclockwise.  When the EZ out grips the inner sleeve and the inner sleeve is turning, lift up on the EZ out while continuing to turn the EZ out.

5. The inner sleeve will start to come out of the frame of the chair.

6. Continue until the inner sleeve comes out of the frame.
