1. Remove nut and bolt using wrenches and hex key if needed (depending on the model of wheelchair washers may also be part of assembly)

2. Remove front wheel from fork and replace with the new front wheel. The wheel may be placed in any of the three holes on the wheelchair depending on the configuration.

3. Install the new wheel using the nut and bolt (washers should also be put back in position between the wheel and fork if they were included in the original assembly)

4. Tighten bolt to firm hand-tight using wrenches and hex key if needed

5. Repeat steps 1-4 on other front wheel
