1. Using a 9 mm Allen wrench remove the forward bolt holding the backrest to the Cougar frame.

2. Using a 10 mm Allen wrench and a 10 mm wrench removed the rear bolt holding the back to the frame. Caution, the back will swing down.

3. Slide the back assemble backward or forward to either increase or decrease the seat depth.

4. Loosely install the front bolt. Install the rear bolt and nut matching the angle on the other side. Tighten both bolts. Repeat for the other side.
