1. Release the anti-reverse dowel it is in the disengaged position.

2. Slide the Dial-A-Speed Tab around the anti-reverse dowel.

3. Lock the anti-reverse dowel in the disengaged position.

4. Place the rear bracket with the hole around the anti-reverse dowel nut.

5. Install four screws through the rear bracket to the main Dial-A-Speed Tab and hand tighten.

6. Pull the Dial-A-Speed Tab away from the wheel. Tighten all four screws equally keeping the bracket parallel to the wheel and the tab away from the wheel. Repeat steps 1 to 6 if a Dial-A-Seed tab will be used on both wheels.

7.  The knob on the top of the Dial-A-Speed Tab will adjust the resistance on the rear wheel or wheels.
