1.  Screw the brake pad assembly to the brake posts by the back wheels.

2.  Remove the cable fastener from the brake cable.

3.  Thread the cable thought the brake pad assembly.

4.  Install the cable fastener and test the brake.  If the brake is too tight, loosen the cable fastener, apply the brakes      slightly and tighten the cable fastener.  If the brakes are not holding, loosen the cable fastener and pull more of the      cable through the fastener and tighten the cable fastener. Final adjustments are made with the cable adjuster.
